Instructor
Bill Phillips is a Utah State certified Concealed Firearm Permit Instructor living in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is also an NRA certified instructor. He gained a large part of his firearm experience in the military when he became a specialist and instructor in many different weapons and their employment. Prior to his military retirement, he was a member of the training team that prepared Utah National Guard units in combat skills prior to their deployment. Additionally, he was a competitor on the Utah Guard marksmanship team. He is an avid shooter and enjoys teaching people how to shoot.
